Oppo Reno 16 / 16 Pro Tempered Glass - Dux Ducis

The tempered glass cut for the Oppo Reno 16 display

A broken screen often costs more than the phone is worth second-hand. The Dux Ducis tempered glass stands in the way: it takes the impact, the key at the bottom of a pocket, the grit on the pavement. A single part fits both the Oppo Reno 16 and the Oppo Reno 16 Pro, whose displays share the same format.

Edge-to-edge coverage

The printed black border follows the rounded edges of the display and hides the adhesive around the perimeter: no clear strip, no untidy outline. The cut-outs leave the earpiece and the front camera free, so face unlock keeps working, and the under-display fingerprint reader stays usable.

What it changes day to day

• 9H hardness: the surface shrugs off scratches from keys, coins and sand — the ones that mark a bare display within weeks.
• 0.33 mm thickness: thick enough to absorb an impact, thin enough to vanish under the finger and fit inside any case.
• 96 % light transmittance: screen colours are not dulled, and neither is brightness.
• Oleophobic and hydrophobic coating: fingerprints wipe off on a sleeve, drops bead up instead of spreading.
• Bubble-free fit: electrostatic adhesion spreads the glass on its own; a wipe, a cloth and a few seconds are all it takes.
