You prepare the parcel. Back up your data as a precaution, remove the SIM card, the memory card and the case, then wrap the device in bubble wrap.

You drop off the parcel at the DHL drop-off point of your choice, with the shipping label provided. You pay nothing up front.

We repair, we test, we send it back. Allow 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your phone. The return is shipped with a tracking number, and the repair is guaranteed for 1 year, parts and labour.
