Near-new smartphones, 100% original

Formerly called "Refurbished OnePlus", this category has been renamed to reflect exactly what you are buying: genuine deals, not second-hand devices with a past. The models offered come exclusively from customer returns made within the 14-day legal withdrawal period. The initial buyer simply changed their mind after briefly unboxing the phone or trying it out for a few days.

The distinction is essential: unlike our separate "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" section, which brings together smartphones that have been repaired (for example by the brand's official after-sales service) and checked from top to bottom with a one-year warranty, our deals have undergone no repair whatsoever. There is no risk of a touchscreen panel replaced by a generic component or of a tired battery: every element, from the 120 Hz AMOLED display to the Snapdragon chip, is strictly factory-original. You therefore enjoy a device in near-new condition, generally 12 to 17% cheaper, with the peace of mind of a 2-year legal warranty.

Choosing your OnePlus to match your needs

Incoming withdrawal returns vary according to user preferences, offering excellent opportunities on two flagship families:

The numbered series (the flagships): Designed for tech enthusiasts looking for excellence without compromise. You will find the fastest processors on the market, premium finishes and camera modules calibrated with Hasselblad, without paying full price for a sealed, shrink-wrapped product.
The Nord range: The smart buy par excellence. It combines the purity and speed of OxygenOS, very long battery life and ultra-fast charging at a particularly affordable price.

To keep your smartphone in this flawless condition, we recommend fitting your phone from day one with a shockproof case and a suitable tempered glass screen protector.

The high standards of our workshop in France

As soon as it arrives at our French premises, every phone is handled by our technical team. We carry out a full data wipe and a complete test bench: battery life, speakers, microphones and network sensors. Offered in Global Version or European Version depending on the model (specified on each product page), they feature multi-language initial setup, including English, automatic software updates and guaranteed access to all European and global 4G/5G bands.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference with the "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" category?

Our "deals" are withdrawal returns: virtually new devices, never opened or repaired, sold with a 12 to 17% discount and covered by a 2-year warranty. Conversely, our "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" phones have undergone reconditioning or repair, and come with a 12-month warranty.

Are the "Alert Slider" and the original functions intact?

Yes. As the phones have not been handled by third-party repairers, the Alert Slider retains its original mechanical firmness and the AMOLED display its immediate touch responsiveness.

Are the accessories and the fast charger included?

Your smartphone is delivered in its original box with the accessories originally supplied; whether a charger is included depends on the version and is stated on each product page.
