As-new condition with no compromise: the principle behind our "Deals"

Formerly called "Realme Refurbished", this category has been renamed to accurately reflect the exceptional condition of our devices. Here, you will not find a single smartphone that has undergone heavy reconditioning or been fitted with generic parts.

Every handset in our "Deals" section comes from the legal exercise of the right of withdrawal. Unboxed and tried for a few days by customers before being returned to us, these smartphones are virtually new. Their components are 100% original manufacturer parts: battery in full health, smooth displays and preserved graphics chips. You therefore benefit from a discount of generally 12 to 17% compared with the new price, while enjoying the peace of mind of a 2-year legal warranty.

(Looking instead for a repaired device? Our separate "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" category brings together smartphones that have been repaired, notably by the brand's official after-sales service, tested across all their functions and covered by a 1-year warranty).

The Realme series to watch depending on your needs

The Realme catalogue stands out for its remarkable balance between contained pricing and technological innovation:

The GT series: raw power for gaming and speed

Highly sought after by fans of absolute smoothness, the GT range packs flagship processors, high refresh rate displays and advanced cooling chambers. Tracking down a GT model from a withdrawal return lets you get a genuine powerhouse for the price of an ordinary mid-range phone.

The numbered series: ideal all-round versatility for everyday use

Renowned for their long battery life, their refined design and their well-balanced camera sensors, the numbered models appeal through their everyday ease of use. Offered with a discount of up to 17%, they are the ideal alternative for equipping yourself smartly at the best price.

Recommended accessories for your Realme

In order to preserve the flawless condition of your screen and chassis, we recommend fitting a shockproof protective case as well as a dedicated tempered glass screen protector. Moreover, since the brand excels at express charging speeds, pair your smartphone with a Realme-certified charging brick (SuperDart) to top up your energy in record time, in complete safety.

The peace of mind of a purchase verified in France

Every returned handset undergoes a meticulous inspection and a factory reset by our technical team based in France. Our smartphones are offered in Global Version or European Version depending on the model (specified on each product page): full compatibility with European and global 4G and 5G networks, multi-language interface including English, and the Google ecosystem (Play Store) preinstalled. Shipped quickly from our French warehouses with no customs fees within the EU, your purchases are protected by our after-sales service and our two-year warranty.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference with the "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" section? "Deals" models have never been repaired: they are pure 14-day returns, made up of 100% original parts and covered by a 2-year warranty. Our refurbished smartphones are devices restored to full working order (often by the official after-sales service), checked on all their technical points and covered by a 12-month warranty.

Is the battery condition guaranteed? Yes. Having been used for only a few hours or a few days at most, the batteries retain the full extent of their original chemical capacity, strictly comparable to that of a brand-new product.
