Great Deals

From "Refurbished" to "Great Deals": total clarity for your purchase

Previously named "Refurbished Smartphone", this category has been renamed to become our "Great Deals". This change answers a requirement for transparency: the word "refurbished" often suggests devices with a long history behind them that have undergone technical repairs, which in no way reflects the reality of the products in this section.

To guide you with complete confidence, our store now organises its offer into two clearly distinct worlds:

• On one side, our "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" section brings together smartphones that have been restored or technically repaired (notably by the brands' official after-sales centres). Each device is meticulously overhauled, tested across all of its functions and protected by a one-year warranty.
• On the other, our "Great Deals" selection, which you are currently browsing. Here, no phone has been repaired or opened. These are exclusively devices returned through the lawful exercise of the 14-day right of withdrawal. A buyer simply changed their mind shortly after ordering. Once unboxed, they can no longer be sold as new: we therefore generally offer them 12 to 17% cheaper than new, while retaining the full 2-year legal warranty.

100% original parts and intact water resistance: the advantage of zero repairs

The decisive strength of our Great Deals lies in the absolute integrity of the hardware. On the traditional second-hand market, devices often carry a heavy usage history and frequently include generic replacement parts (counterfeit screens, aftermarket connectors, flex cables of uncertain quality). Nothing of the sort here.

The AMOLED display with its striking contrast, the factory-clocked processor, the high-precision camera sensors and the circuit boards are strictly those fitted during initial manufacturing. What is more, because these phones have never been unsealed or disassembled by a third-party repairer, the factory-applied waterproofing seals remain flawless. If your model carries a water and dust resistance rating (IP67 or IP68), it remains fully effective.

A battery at full capacity and complete checks in France

Battery life is often at the heart of concerns when buying a discounted smartphone. A lithium battery wears down chemically over charge and discharge cycles. As our withdrawal-return phones have only been unboxed for a few days at most, their battery shows maximum health, equivalent to that of a device straight out of the factory. You therefore enjoy the nominal battery life promised by the manufacturer, with no premature degradation.

On arrival at our logistics centre in France, these devices follow a very strict inspection procedure. Our technicians inspect the cosmetic condition and test touch responsiveness, the correct operation of the network antennas (5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth), Fast Charging, the microphones and the speakers. A complete data wipe then restores the original factory settings.

Offered in Global Version or European Version depending on the model (specified on each product page), these mobiles fit natively into your daily use: full compatibility with European carrier frequencies, seamless OTA software updates and unrestricted access to Google services. And with our 2-year warranty, you buy with complete peace of mind.

Recommended accessories for your new smartphone

The substantial saving made on your purchase allows you to complete your phone's equipment from day one. We recommend choosing a shockproof case to preserve the integrity of the chassis, as well as a tempered glass screen protector to shield the touch panel from micro-scratches. In our accessories section you will also find chargers certified compatible with each manufacturer's fast charging technologies.

Frequently asked questions about our Great Deals

What is the difference between "Great Deals" and "Refurbished with 12-month warranty"?

The distinction lies in the device's history. Our "Great Deals" are exclusively 14-day withdrawal returns, with no repairs whatsoever, 100% original, generally sold 12 to 17% cheaper than new and covered for 2 years. Our "Refurbished with 12-month warranty" section, for its part, features smartphones that have undergone a repair or restoration (notably via the brand's official after-sales service), tested across all their features and covered for 12 months.

Is the original water resistance still preserved?

Yes. As these devices have never been disassembled nor had their chassis opened, the integrity of the waterproofing seals applied by the manufacturer at the factory is absolute. The official certifications (IP68, IP67, etc.) remain fully effective.

Should I worry about reduced battery life?

Absolutely not. Having been used for only a few days at most, these smartphones have completed just a handful of charge cycles. Their chemical cells retain their maximum capacity, guaranteeing endurance identical to new.

Is the phone delivered in its original packaging?

Yes, each device is shipped to you in its official manufacturer packaging with the accessories originally supplied (the charger depending on the version, specified on each product page). You enjoy an unboxing experience similar to that of a brand-new product.
